1. Cancellation Policy
Once a booking for an online medical consultation has been successfully made on www.drshounak.com or www.serenityhealth.co.in (collectively referred to as "the Websites"), cancellation is not allowed. We encourage users to carefully review the booking details before making a payment to ensure accuracy.
2. Refund Policy
a. Refunds will only be issued if the prescription is not delivered within 12 hours of successful payment.
b. To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] (for Dr. Shounak Pal) or [email protected] (for Serenity Health Medical Clinic) with your booking details, including the payment confirmation and relevant information.
c. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction.
d. It may take a reasonable amount of time for the refunded amount to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Prescription Delivery
a. We strive to deliver the prescription promptly and within a few minutes of successful consultation via your provided email adress
c. If the prescription is not delivered within 12 hours of successful payment, you will be eligible for a full refund as per the refund policy mentioned above.
4. Changes to Refund Policy
The refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Dr. Shounak Pal and Serenity Health Medical Clinic (referred to as "the Companies"). Any changes to the refund policy will be communicated on the Websites.
